All sales of the Smart Living Book (“SLB Book”) are final
Please read all coupons terms and conditions before redeeming
Only original coupons from the SLB Book may be presented for redemption. Coupons may not be
copied in any manner whatsoever
Coupons do not include taxes or gratuities. Where appropriate, please tip the vendor the full
value of the product or service
SLB is not liable to customer for performance of any of the vendors participating in the SLB Book
In some rare instances, vendors may have modified, changed or terminated certain products and
services in connection with their coupons. Please check with the vendor before redeeming
SLB is not responsible for redeeming coupons or refunding customers for any vendors who go
out of business prior to the expiration of the vendor’s coupon in the SLB Book or whose products
or services were substandard
In the rare event a vendor fails or refuses to honor a coupon or the goods and services were
substandard, please advise New Wave Advertising Group Inc. dba Smart Living Book
(collectively, “SLB”) by providing the vendor’s name, address and brief description of your
complaint
SLB is not liable for customers for any errors contained in vendors’ coupons
All stated monetary values on coupons are approximate only
Coupons have no cash value
Customers must go online to www.smartlivingbook.com for vendor details prior to redeeming
“Smart Bucks”
Coupons are only valid and must be redeemed during the dates stated on the coupons
SLB has no affiliation with any of the vendors in the SLB Book.
SLB and/or its parent or subsidiaries, will not be responsible if any vendor breaches its contract
with customer or refuses to honor the coupon; however, SLB will attempt to secure compliance.
SLB disclaims any and all liability for bodily injury, death or property damage resulting from any
accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating
vendors. SLB disclaims all warranties express, implied or otherwise imposed by the law,
regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of same. SLB disclaims all alleged
vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the
participating vendors.
